International shipping is handled by Parcel Force Worldwide 5-7 business days delivery usually. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays. Packages are generally dispatched within 1 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Parcel Force with tracking and drop-off with signature. All orders will be insured for the full purchase amount. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. Exchanges
We will exchange for a different size or colour however all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. You will be required to ship the products back in the condition they were sent, unworn and undamaged with original labels on.
Should the products be received damaged, worn or not in the condition sent, as mentioned, exchange will be refused and a 20% cancellation fee will apply less shipping cost. We strongly advise to use a traceable method of shipment as we will not be responsible for claims of items lost or damaged in transit, and your exchange will regrettably be denied.
